Ingredients for Poha Kheer

1/2 cup Pressed Naman’s poha
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
100 gm Green cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon chopped badam pista and casheww


How to make Poha Kheer

Step 1 Heat a non stick pan Add Naman’s poha and sauté for two to three minutes. Add milk and cook, stirring continuously, till the pressed rice is cooked and the mixture thickens.

Step 2 Add sugar, mix well and cook till sugar dissolves completely.

Step 3 Add cardamom powder, saffron and chopped badam ,pista and cashew
