Recipe :

  1. Wash 2 cups poha, soak poha for 1 min, keep in a strainer and let it dry for 5 mins.
  2. Add 1 heaped tbsp Naman Poha Masala (Gujarati/punjabi or itallian), mix well.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil & add Ĺ tsp mustard seeds, let them crackle, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp each chopped ginger and green chilli. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add masala mix Poha. Add salt to taste. Stir continuously and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
