Product Introduction: 

Naman Chole Masala is a perfect blend of hand-ground spices made by a team of experts in taste & quality to add authentic taste to your home-made Chole. Our process ensures an unwavering commitment to government health and safety standards. 

Ingredient List: 

Red chili powder, Kashmiri chili, Dry mango powder, Salt, Black salt, Ginger powder, Tamarind powder, Kasturi methi, Anardana, Black pepper, Cumin, Shahi Jeera, Clove, Black cardamom, Carom seeds, Mace, Coriander seeds, Fennel, Star anise, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Instructions to make:  

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. 
  • Add 1/2 tsp each Mustard seeds and cumin. 
  • Add 1/4th cup chopped onion. 
  • Cook it for a minute. 
  • Add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp each of green chili & ginger paste. 
  • Cook it for 3 minutes. Stir fry for few minutes 
  • Add 1 tsp of each turmeric, red chili & coriander powder, 2 tsp Naman chana masala, 1/2 cup of water, and add 3 cups soaked- boiled Kabuli chana. 
  • Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. 
  • Garnish with onion rings, green chili, chopped coriander & lemon. 

Serving: 

Serves three to four persons.

Dry Mango Powder, Salt, Ginger Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Black cardoon, Nutmeg, Dry Red Chili, Black pepper, Mace, Cloves, Carom seeds, Fennel, Coriander seeds, White pepper, Stone flower, Cassia, Cardamom, Celery, Black salt, Kachari 

Instructions to make: 

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp garlic paste, cook it for a minute, add 4 tbsp chopped onions and cook till it is soft. 
  • Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt & cook it for 5 minutes. 
  • Now add 500 gm boiled-mashed mixed vegetables {potatoes, carrot, cabbage, Capsicum, and peas}. 
  • Add 1/2 cup water and now cook it for another 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add 2tbsp Naman pav-bhaji and 100 gm butter to it. 
  • Mix it well and cook for another five minutes. 
  • Garnish it with green coriander leaves. 
  • Serve with hot buttered pav, chopped onions, and lemon.

Ingredient List:

Red chili powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Turmeric powder, Tamarind powder, Black mustard seeds 

Instructions to make:

  • Wash & soak 1 cup toor dal in water for ten minutes. 
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker with 4 cups of water with 1 tsp salt & 1/2 turmeric powder. Cook till it is done. 
  • Open the pressure cooker, mash the dal and {add more water if needed} add 1 cup of boiled vegetables {carrot beans, pumpkin, /eggplant & drumstick}, 2 tbsp Naman sambar masala. Cook It for another five minutes.
  • Adjust the water. 
  • Temper it with mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp white urad dal, 1/4 tsp Asafetida & 8 to 10 curry leaves with broken red chilies. 
  • Serve hot with Naman Rava idli.

Ingredient List:

Red chili powder, Kuti red chili, Salt, Turmeric powder, Fennel, Onion seeds, Yellow mustard seeds, Black mustard seeds, Saunth ka Lacha, Fenugreek seeds

Instructions to make:

  • Take 500 gam raw mango pieces.
  • Cut it into cubes. 
  • Add 1 tsp turmeric & 2 tsp salt. 
  • Mix well. Keep it for an hour. 
  • Keep these mangoes in a strainer to drain the water. 
  • Spread it on a cotton cloth for a couple of hours /semi-dry. 
  • Once it is dry, put it in a bowl, add 100 gm of Naman achar masala, mix it well and keep it aside. 
  • Heat 250 ml mustard oil once it is hot, cool it for ten minutes. 
  • Add this to your mangoes. Mix well.
  • When cool, transfer in a jar cover it with a cloth; it will be ready in 3-4 days
